If you signed up with the incorrect email address, or need to change your account's email then follow the steps below. Please follow these steps carefully and complete them in the order they are listed. Otherwise, we will be unable to assist you.
Note: the steps below must be completed on a Desktop or Laptop (not a mobile device).
Navigate to your account page on wifiCFI by clicking this link >
On this page, in the upper right corner, you will click the drop down menu by your name and Log Out of your account.
Now, you will go ahead and create a new free account using the new (correct) email address. You can do so by clicking this link >
At this point, be sure to create a NEW ACCOUNT and use your correct email address. Do not log in to your old account (with your old email address).
Now that you have created your new account with the correct email address. You will need to email us at: contact@wifiCFI.com and let us know you wish to change your account email address. You will need to tell us the OLD (incorrect email) and the NEW (correct email) addresses. This way, we can manually transfer your courses to your new account.
Once we have completed the manual transfer, we will send you an email confirmation. You will then use your new email address to access your aviation courses.
Note: completing this process will not save your progression in your study course(s).
wifiCFI MOBILE APP
If you are logged into the mobile app as well, you will need to make sure you are logged in using this new account email address. Otherwise, your courses will not be available on the mobile app. For more information on this, read the article at the link here >
