Here is stated and explained the purchased course refund policy for all wifiCFI Courses. If you believe you have an extenuating circumstance that does not apply to what is seen below, email us at: contact@wifiCFI.com for further inquiry.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not available for any Lifetime Course Purchases or Month-to-Month (Monthly) Subscription Payments. Additionally, we are unable to process refunds on monthly subscription payments that have already processed. This means we are unable to process refunds if you cancel your monthly subscription after its renewal period.
Example: Student A decides to purchase the ALL COURSE MONTHLY plan on January 1st at 1:00pm Mountain Time. This subscription will renew on February 1st at 1:00pm Mountain Time. If Student A cancels their subscription after this renewal time they will not be able to receive any sort of refund.
This policy is displayed on all Subscription Checkout pages as seen in the screenshot below.

WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THIS POLICY?
The reason this policy exists is due to the fact that we here at wifiCFI are negatively impacted each time we issue a refund. These refunds reflect poorly on our standing with various financial institutions and with our web hosting.
The fact that a student forgets to cancel on time or has not been using the online services does not qualify for refund exemption for two reasons:
We have no way of verifying whether or not a student has been utilizing the courses and services.
Pilots must be organized and responsible. They cannot expect others to pay the consequences for their actions or inactions.
