I'm Unable to Reset My Password

If you have tried the "Forgot Password?" reset link on the log in page of wifiCFI and it is not resetting your password correctly, follow the steps below to get it reset. This is most likely caused by an account discrepancy between the website and the Mobile App. Specifically, this can occur when users select to sign up for the Mobile App using Facebook, Google, or Apple sign up options instead of using the "Log in with Email" option and using the same email they use to log in on the website.


OPEN THE WIX SPACES APP

  1. Once you have opened the Wix Spaces App on your device, click the profile button in the bottom right corner of the screen (looks like a little person).

  2. On your profile page you will then click the Gear Icon in the top right corner and click "Log Out" at the bottom of the screen.


RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD THROUGH THE APP

  1. From here you will be directed to the page to Log In to your account. Click the "Log in with Email" button at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Do Not select to log in with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

  3. Enter your wifiCFI Account Email Address (the one you use to log in to the website) and click the Continue button.

  4. If you are unsure of your wifiCFI Account Email Address, ask us for it by emailing us at: contact@wifiCFI.com before continuing.

  5. You will then be asked to enter your password. Instead of entering your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the screen.


OPEN YOUR EMAIL INBOX

  1. After clicking the "Forgot Password?" link in the Wix Spaces App, you will be emailed a link to reset your password.

  2. Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email if you do not see it in your general inbox.

  3. Click the link in the email to reset your wifiCFI Account Password.

  4. You will then use this newly created Password and your Account Email Address (from the wifiCFI website) to log in on both the Mobile App and on the Website.


Being unable to reset your password through the website is a temporary issue and we are working closely with Wix to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, this is the workaround that will get you into your account with your new password.
