Weight and Balance.
Compass Deviation Card.
AIRCRAFT INSPECTIONS (AV1ATES):
100 Hour Inspection.
ELT Functional and Battery Check.
ADs = Airworthiness Directives.
Essentially recalls for airplane parts.
They are mandatory and may not be overflown.
Paid for by aircraft owner (not manufacturer).
Major Alterations or Repairs.
Any change not on the Aircraft Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS).

Oil Pressure Gauge.

Radios (comm and nav).

Clock (installed in aircraft).

Directional Gyro (heading indicator).
DME (if flying above FL240 and using VORs).
