Pitot-Static Trainer

Instructions on Use:

For use on desktop/laptop only.

  • Selecting Operations:

    • Select between the Airspeed Indicator, Altimeter, and Vertical Speed tabs from the top horizontal menu.

  • Controlling Instrumentation:

    • On the Airspeed Indicator tab, select between with or without drain hole then experiment with clogging or clearing the pitot tube and static port from the right side panel and using alternate static source. Airspeed and altitude can be adjusted with the sliders in the top left corner.

    • On the Altimeter tab, experiment with the static port and alternate static source on the right side panel and adjust altitude with the slider in the top left corner.

    • On the Vertical Speed tab, experiment with the static port and alternate static source on the right side panel and adjust climbs and descents with the slider in the top left corner.
