Reset My Email Address or Password

If you are unable to log in to your wifiCFI study course due to an email address or password error, read the information below. Afterward, if you are still experiencing issues, email us at: contact@wifiCFI.com for further assistance.


RESETTING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Since all of your aviation study courses are tied to your Account Email Address, it cannot be changed. Hence, it is very important that you input your email address correctly when making a course purchase. If you need to reset your email address, we will need to delete your account completely and re-create a new one (your course purchases will not transfer over).


On your "My Account" page you can edit your contact email address. This is where email correspondence is sent. But updating this information will not change your log in email.

If you need to reset your email address, email us at: contact@wifiCFI.com and we will provide further steps on deleting your account and re-creating a new one.


RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD

It is possible and simple to reset your account password. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Log In Page at this link >

  2. Click the "Forgot Password?" link toward the bottom.

  3. Enter your account email address.

  4. Open your email and click the link sent by contact@wifiCFI.com.

  5. Note: the email my be sent to your junk, spam, or promotions folders so be sure to check those if you do not see it in your general inbox.

  6. You will then be prompted to create a brand new password.
