Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing from, or using wifiCFI.com (the "Site"), its courses, downloadable materials, applications, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access paid content, you must create a member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Single-User License

All courses, lesson plans, videos, audiobooks, workbooks, flashcards, PDFs, PowerPoints, Word documents, test prep software, calculators, and all other content made available through the Service (collectively, "Course Content") are licensed for individual, single-user use only.

Your purchase grants one (1) person — the registered account holder — a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course Content for personal educational purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct — Account Sharing

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will NOT:

• Share your login credentials (email, password, or any other access information) with any other person

• Allow any other person to log in to, access, or use your account

• Use another person's account, whether with or without their permission

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer access to your account

Each individual user of wifiCFI must purchase their own separate account and license.

5. Enforcement and Session Monitoring

To protect the integrity of our Service and our licensed content, wifiCFI employs automated technical measures to detect and prevent unauthorized account sharing. These measures include, but are not limited to, single-active-session enforcement, which automatically logs a user out of one device when the same account is accessed from another device.

Repeated or flagrant violations of the account sharing prohibition may result in:

• Immediate termination of your account without refund

• Forfeiture of any remaining access to purchased Course Content

• Forfeiture of any remaining subscription time

• Permanent ban from future purchases

• Legal action to recover damages where applicable

wifiCFI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine what constitutes account sharing and to take appropriate enforcement action.

6. Intellectual Property

All Course Content is the exclusive property of wifiCFI and/or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any Course Content, except as expressly permitted for your personal study and teaching

• Upload Course Content to any third-party website, file-sharing service, cloud drive accessible by others, social media platform, or any other venue

• Use Course Content to create, train, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning systems

Limited downloading and printing of materials is permitted solely for your personal, individual study and teaching.

7. Instructor and Flight School Accounts

If you are a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), flight school administrator, or other aviation educator using wifiCFI's instructional tools (including The Flight Line and the Teach Students courses), you agree that:

• Your account is for your individual use as an instructor

• Your students must each maintain their own separate wifiCFI accounts where required

• You will not share your instructor credentials with students or other instructors

• You will not use your account to provide wifiCFI content access to unlicensed users

8. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew on the billing cycle indicated until cancelled by the user. One-time purchases provide lifetime access to the specified content, subject to these Terms.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms, including account sharing, are not eligible for refunds.

9. Service Availability

wifiCFI makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Educational Content Disclaimer

Course Content is provided for educational and study purposes only. While wifiCFI strives for accuracy and currency, all aviation training must be conducted in accordance with current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, the applicable Airman Certification Standards (ACS) or Practical Test Standards (PTS), and under the supervision of a properly certificated flight instructor where required. wifiCFI is not a substitute for authorized flight instruction. Users are responsible for verifying the currency of regulatory information against official FAA sources.

11. Termination

wifiCFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, content piracy, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access Course Content immediately ceases.

12. Changes to These Terms

wifiCFI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
