I Can't Access My Course on the Mobile App

All wifiCFI Courses can be accessed both online and through the wifiCFI Mobile App. If you are having difficulties accessing your course on the Mobile App, read the instructions below. If you continue to have difficulties, reach out to us at: and a support representative will help.

Why can't I access my Premium Course on the Mobile App?

The most common reason for this issue is that there are multiple email addresses on file. Course access is tied to your account email address. Hence, if there is a different email address being used on the website than the Mobile App, then you will not be able to log in to your course via the Mobile App.

Why does this happen?

This occurs when students sign up for the Mobile App using the Facebook or Google Log In Options. If you sign up for the mobile app with one of these options, it may pull a different email address than the one you used to make your course purchase. This is because some students have different emails on file with Facebook and Google than the email they have on file for wifiCFI.

How can I fix this?

First, ensure that the email address you have on your Mobile App Account is the same Email Address you have on the website.

  1. Click this link to check the website email address on file >

  2. Then, open the mobile app and click the Profile Icon in the bottom right corner of the screen (looks like a little person).

  3. This will display the email address you used when signing up for the Mobile App.

My Email Addresses Do Not Match

If the email on your Mobile App does not match your email on wifiCFI, follow the steps below to gain access to your courses on the App:

  1. Click the Profile button in the bottom right hand corner of the Mobile App.

  2. On your account page, click the Gear Icon in the top right corner.

  3. Then click "Log Out" at the bottom of the page.

  4. You will then want to log back in to the Mobile App using the same Email Address you have associated with the wifiCFI website (so your courses will transfer over).

  5. DO NOT log in using the Facebook, Google, or Apple options.
