If you are being logged out, redirected, and getting a "Your account has been logged in on another device" message, it is due to one of the following reasons.
Someone else has logged into your account. Sharing of account information and course content violates our privacy policy and terms and conditions. If this is the case, you will need to secure your account by changing your password here >
You are logged in on more than one device simultaneously. This is fine, just know that signing in on a new device will log your previous device out.
You are logged in on multiple different types of browsers simultaneously. Example: you are logged in on Google Chrome and also Firefox. Stick with a single browser type.
You are logged in on a normal browser window and an incognito/private browser window simultaneously (this can be seen as multiple devices). Stick with one or the other not a combination of the 2.
